After the announcement of 19 new districts in the state by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot in the last budget, OSD (Special Officer) has been appointed by the state government in 15 districts. It is notable that OSDs have been installed in 15 new districts including Kotputli-Behror district. While the process of bifurcating Jaipur and Jodhpur districts has been put on hold for the time being. The newly appointed OSD will complete all the processes of demarcation including the formation of the district and send the report to the state government. It is being told that on the basis of this report, notification will be issued by drawing the boundaries of new districts. Notification of new districts is likely to be issued within 30 June to 15 July. In such a situation, each department is also deputing its nodal officers at the district level. OSD Shubham Chowdhary inspected the available government buildings on Thursday for providing district level offices to various departments. OSD Shubham Chowdhary visited Government Higher Secondary School, Dak Bungalow Complex, Government School, Sundarpura, Morijawala Dharamshala etc. in the town's Mohalla Badabas and observed the necessary facilities. Along with this, 50 bighas of land allotted for mini secretariat in village Kaluhera, 80 bighas allotted for police line, 20 bighas for district transport office, civil court and proposed land for construction of houses and other offices were also seen. It is worth mentioning that these departments will be posted as soon as possible. During this, ADM Ravindra Sharma, SDM Suryakant Sharma, Tehsildar Abhishek Singh, DSP Gautam Kumar and others were present.
