Grand Live Tableaux to be Organized at the Big Temple on Shri Krishna Janmashtami

On the auspicious occasion of Shri Krishna Janmashtami, a grand display of live tableaux will be organized at the Big Temple in Buchaheda Mohalla, Kotputli, on Monday. The event will be inaugurated by MLA Hansraj Patel, who will light the ceremonial lamp. Devotees are actively preparing for this significant celebration.
The temple will showcase various religious tableaux, including scenes such as the Samudra Manthan (Churning of the Ocean), Mount Kailash, Vaishno Devi Cave, the birth of Shri Krishna in prison, Putana's defeat, and episodes from the Ramcharitmanas. For the past 17 years, this grand display has been a tradition at the Big Temple, and this year, CCTV cameras have been installed to ensure security.
At midnight, after the birth of Lord Krishna, a special prayer and Aarti will be performed, followed by the distribution of Prasadi, including Panjiri and Panchamrit. Among those actively involved in the preparations are journalist Amit Yadav, Nagendra Sharma, O.P. Meena, Hanuman Bali, Manish Yadav, and many other dedicated volunteers.
