On Friday, a departmental review meeting was held under the chairmanship of District Collector Kalpana Agarwal at the Kotputli-Behror District Collectorate. The progress of various regional development projects was discussed during the meeting. Regional MLA Hansraj Patel gathered information from officials regarding issues such as electricity, water, road repairs, and seasonal diseases and directed them to complete pending work promptly. He also instructed the concerned authorities to ensure the swift resolution of public grievances.
Patel stated that continuous efforts are being made to ensure the overall development of Kotputli. During the meeting, a five-member committee was formed to reduce the height of dividers installed from the main square of the town to Agrasen Circle and from Shani Mandir to the Government School. Additionally, discussions took place regarding the construction of public toilets in the main markets, installation of cameras, beautification, cleanliness, a permanent solution for traffic congestion, and the free operation of parking facilities in the Old City Dispensary and the Municipal Council building. The meeting was attended by ADM Yogesh Kumar Dagur, SP Vandita Rana, ASP Nem Singh, SDM Brijesh Kumar, Municipal Council Commissioner Dharmapal Jat, President of the Trade Federation Maithili Sharan Bansal, along with various other officials and traders.
