Political developments are changing rapidly after Rajendra Singh Yadav, former MLA of the area and Minister of Home State and Higher Education in the previous Gehlot government, and former Cabinet Minister Lalchand Kataria joined the BJP along with their supporters on Sunday. In this sequence, Yadav and Kataria reached Raj Bhawan in the capital Jaipur on Monday and paid a courtesy call on state Governor Kalraj Mishra. Also discussed various contemporary topics and political points. It is noteworthy that while being the Higher Education Minister, Yadav had regular communication with Governor Mishra. Due to this, Governor Mishra had also participated in Yadav's private family program last year. Only time will tell where political developments will take in the coming days. But it is being told that Yadav and Kataria have taken membership of BJP without any conditions. Still, there is a strong discussion about former minister Kataria being made BJP's candidate from Jaipur Rural.
