State Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot had announced 19 new districts across the state including Kotputli-Behror in the recent budget. Out of which OSD has been appointed in 15 districts before the notification is issued. The state government is likely to issue formal notification of the districts by June 30. Meanwhile, the newly appointed OSD IAS Shubham Chaudhary of Kotputli-Behror district took charge in the temporary office set up in the town council building on Thursday. During this, the taking charge ceremony at the Municipal Council building took place under the chief hospitality of Regional MLA, Minister of State for Higher Education and Home Rajendra Singh Yadav. In his address, Yadav said that Chief Minister Gehlot has taken a historic step by creating 19 districts in the state. Now the number of districts in Rajasthan has gone up to 50. Appealing to OSD Chaudhary, he said that the preparations for the formation of the district should be such that Kotputli becomes an example in the entire state and comes on top in the list of leading districts in the coming times. Yadav said that for this we all have to work unitedly. From the police administration to public representatives also give their cooperation to the OSD. Yadav talked about discharging all the responsibilities related to Kotputli district in the public interest. While presiding over the programme, City Council President Pushpa Saini welcomed OSD Shubham Chaudhary and Chief Guest Home Minister Yadav by presenting them with a bunch of flowers. On the other hand, Yadav also greeted the newly appointed OSD by presenting him with a bouquet. On the other hand, officials of the Administrative and Education Department also congratulated the OSD. Acting SDM Suryakant Sharma in his address expressed gratitude to everyone and gave various information. On this occasion, Principal Representative Indraj Rawat, Ed. Durga Prasad Saini, Block Congress Kanhaiya Lal Saini and Gokul Chand Arya, Youth Leader Virat Yadav, Vikram Singh Leader, Rakesh Saini, Ed. Bajrang Lal Sharma, Ramesh Bhagatji, Biddichand Saini, Bhikharam Saini, Prahlad Saini, Raghuveer Yadav, Sachin Yadav, Veersingh Chowdhary, Rohitash Saini, Chiman Lal Saini, Dulichand Havaldar, Eng. Dinesh Meena, Mansingh Rawat, Rajkumar Rawat, Monu Saini, Councilor Umesh Arya, Pradeep Saini, Sonu Arya, Anuraj Valmiki, Deepak Kataria, Krishna Karodiya, Rameshwar Saini, Sonu Yadav, Ramavatar Chauhan, Kamlesh Meena, Rajpal Jat, Anand Saini, Vikrant Sain, Roshan Saini, Chhittarmal Yadav, Ramsingh Yadav and a large number of common people were present.
Duly got the charge taken :- After this, Yadav got OSD Chaudhary to take charge in the temporarily created office in the commissioner's chamber in the city council office. The OSD office will operate from here for the time being. While starting the process including the process of formation of a new district, information about the tehsils and boundaries to be included in the district will be sent to the state government through the OSD. Only after this notification of new districts will be issued. Office, land allotment and other works will also be done by the OSD for various departments. Although the land has already been allotted for the district headquarters.
Meeting with officers :- OSD Shubham Chowdhary, Minister of State for Home Rajendra Singh Yadav, ADM Ravindra Sharma, SDM Suryakant Sharma, Tehsildar Abhishek Singh, ASP Vidha Prakash, DSP Gautam Kumar, Chairman Pushpa Saini and City Council Commissioner Fateh Singh after taking charge A meeting of Meena etc. was also organized. In which many points were discussed. During this, discussions were also held regarding alternative buildings for the residence, office etc. of the officers. Acting SDM Suryakant Sharma informed about the geographical situation. At present Commissioner Fateh Singh Meena has been entrusted with the responsibility for necessary arrangements.
