Final bid of Rs 2 lakh 66 thousand 200 per square meter for 940.80 square meter plot
Three out of four sensors participated in the auction process

The proposed open auction of the old building and prized plot of municipal Kotputli situated at Agrasen Tirahe of the town has become a matter of curiosity in Kotputli and the surrounding area. The auction bidding process, which was canceled many times, was finally held on Tuesday afternoon from 12.30 to 02.30 in the city council premises. In which the bid of Rs 02 lakh 66 thousand 200 per square meter was placed by the last bidder. In this way, the last bid of Rs 25 crore 04 lakh was made for a total of 940.80 square meters of land. However, the final decision of the auction was left to the auction committee due to considerable variation in the price from the bids received in the auction process held about 03 months ago. Commissioner Fateh Singh Meena said that in the auction process held three months ago, a bid of about Rs 4 lakh 41 thousand per square meter was placed. In such a situation, there is a lot of difference between the amount of the past and the present. Demand note will be issued only after the final decision of the auction committee regarding this. A decision will be taken in this regard in 5 days. After the demand note is issued, 15 percent amount will have to be deposited in 03 days, 35 percent amount in 30 days and the remaining 50 percent amount in 60 days. It is notable that the Municipal Council had kept the reserve rate of the said plot at Rs 55 thousand 670 and the minimum initial bid at Rs 2 lakh 12 thousand 300. The tokens were distributed to all the bidders on Tuesday. Dataram Gurjar and Gopal Sharma, Satish Kumar Gupta and Ashok Kumar and Subhash Rawat and Govind Bansal participated in the bid out of total 04 registered sensors. Dataram Gurjar and Gopal Sharma of Rajasthan Engineering Works put up a total of Rs 02 lakh 50 thousand per square meter in the first bid. At the same time, the last bid of Rs 02 lakh 66 thousand 200 per square meter was also placed by these bidders. Subhash Rawat and Govind Bansal placed bids of Rs 2 lakh 66 thousand 100 per square meter on the second number with a difference of Rs 100. On issue of demand note, the bidder will have to deposit 15% of the total amount within 3 days. If the bidder does not deposit 15% of the total amount in 3 days, then the earnest money of the first bidder will be forfeited and an opportunity will be given to the second bidder. 35% of the total amount will have to be deposited in 1 month and the remaining amount in 60 days from the date of auction. In case of violation of the conditions, an opportunity will be given to the third bidder lower than that. A large number of councilors and common citizens including Municipal Council President Pushpa Saini, Municipal Council Commissioner Fateh Singh Meena, District Collector's representative Naib Tehsildar Bhomsingh Meena, XEN Deepak Meena, AEN Anil Jonwal, Accountant Shivam Taylor, Durgaprasad Saini were present during the auction process. .
The bid was stuck for a long time :- It is noteworthy that earlier the auction of the municipality building was to be held on March 15, but after the District Collector declared the holiday of Shitalashtami, the auction was proposed on March 22, but on that day also the government The auction has been postponed due to the holiday. After which the date of April 11 was proposed, on this day also the auction process was postponed due to public holiday on Jyotiba Phule Jayanti. Finally, the said building was auctioned on Tuesday. No new sensor has come forward for this. Out of the earlier four sensors, only three sensors participated in the process. Commissioner Fateh Singh Meena said that Rs 39 lakh 94 thousand 637 has been deposited as the earnest money for the plot. The building has been auctioned as a commercial plot on the basis of lease hold for 99 years. It is worth mentioning that after Kotputli became a district, the auction of the said plot situated at a very prime location from commercial point of view had remained a matter of curiosity in the town for a long time.
Bidding has been done in the past also :- Mukesh Saradhana, resident of Mohalla Buchaheda and Mohanpura resident, Eng. It was bought by Subhash Ghoghar for Rs.04 lakh 42 thousand 01 per square meter with a difference of just one rupee. In which the said 940.80 square meter plot was auctioned for a total of Rs 41 crore 58 lakh 34 thousand 541. The auction was started by the city council with a minimum of Rs 03 crore 56 lakh. At the same time, with a difference of Re 01, the second lower bid of Rs 4 lakh 42 thousand per square meter was placed by Vikram Singh Yadav (Vikram Enterprises). While the third bid was placed by Madan Lal Gupta. The record auction of about Rs 42 crore was the talk of the town from Kotputli to Jaipur. But the auction was canceled as the bid amount was not deposited within the stipulated time.
Due to this, efforts should not be made to fail the auction, due to this, 39 lakh 94 thousand 637 rupees were deposited by increasing the deposit amount.
The building was lying unused for years :- It is notable that the old building of the Municipality located at Agrasen Tirahe of the town was currently lying unused. The Nagar Parishad office is currently functioning in a 3 storey building near the bus stand. In such a situation, the city council, deciding to sell it, has auctioned it after permission from the district collector. This plot is at prime location from commercial point of view.
