On Monday, a program for distribution of scooters to Devnarayan girl students and Kali Bai Bhil meritorious girl students was organized at the Government LBS PG College here. The guests started the program by lighting the lamp in front of the statue of Mother Saraswati. Chief guest of the program, MLA representative Mrs. Radha Patel described the girls as bringing glory to two dynasties. He appealed to the parents to make the girls self-reliant. Special guest District Collector Kalpana Aggarwal said that under the Devnarayan Girl Scooty and Kali Bai Bheel Meritorious Girl Scooty Scheme, to encourage girl education and to prevent girl students from dropping out from schools and colleges, free scooters are distributed to girls who get the highest marks. Is. So that girl students can continuously get higher education. He stressed on carefully following the traffic rules and explained the necessity of license. Special guest was Dr. R.P., Principal of Government Girls College. Gurjar praised the benefited girl students and inspired them to continuously touch the heights of success in the field of education. Invited guest Mrs. Maya Patel emphasized on category wise distribution of eligible girl students and making the girl students self-reliant and self-reliant. Presiding, Principal Dr. Rajendra Kumar Singh welcomed the guests and presented the academic report of the college. At present about 07 thousand students are studying in the college. At the graduate level, 17 subjects are offered in the Faculty of Science, Arts and Commerce. Study and teaching take place at postgraduate level in 14 subjects. Research centers are run in geography, political science and chemistry. Pro. Vijay Singh Yadav said that 43 scooties for the session 2021-22 were distributed. Dr. Madhu Nagar thanked the guests.
