Indefinite sit-in demonstration by the villagers of Shuklavas continues for the 70th day

In the case of attempt by land mafia to raze about 12 bighas of land of the Government Higher Secondary School, located in the nearby Gram Panchayat Shuklawas, with the demand of taking action under Section 145 of the occupation of the land of the sports ground. The indefinite protest continued on Wednesday for the 70th consecutive day under the chairmanship of Sarpanch Sachin Yadav. On Wednesday, the protestors protested by reaching the dearness relief camp organized at the Gram Panchayat. At the same time demanded action against those who lockout the school playground despite the stay order. In the camp, the villagers submitted a memorandum to SDM Rishabh Mandal. On which the SDM instructed Tehsildar and Sarund SHO to take action. Dharna coordinator Radheshyam Shuklavas said that despite the stay order issued by the SDM court on the school field, the land mafia has forcibly locked it. Against which the protest of the villagers is going on. At the same time, the Chief Minister's Office, the Superintendent of Police, the District Collector have also given orders to the local police administration to take action after hearing the villagers. But the police administration is unable to take any action due to political pressure. Due to which there is anger among the villagers. A large number of villagers including Richhpal Verma, former sarpanch Omkar Singh Yadav, Jagmal Singh Yadav, Dalip Pahalwan, Hariram Yadav, Gopal Yadav, Sheodan Yadav were present on the dharna.
What is the matter :- Former sarpanch Omkar Singh Yadav told that the land of school playground Khasra No. 171 to 175 and 180 to 182, about 12 bighas of paved land till Samvat 2025, the said land has been registered in the name of school field in Jamabandi Khatauni and Girdawari. Which was sold to Yogesh Kumar Sharma, Delhi after Rudmal Vaidh's death. At the same time, efforts are being made to destroy the said land by buying and selling it. Pillars and nets have been installed in the school field by Leelaram and Khemchand's sons Sohan Lal, Hariram, Rampal and Chhajuram's sons Jaggaram Gurjar, residents of village Meerapur (Dwarikpura).
