Notice issued to two absent personnel
Kotputli-Behror District Collector Kalpana Aggarwal conducted a surprise inspection of the Government BDM District Hospital located in the town on Wednesday and took stock of the health facilities being provided to the patients. The District Collector instructed all the doctors including PMO Dr. Suman Yadav to treat the patients with full sensitivity. The Collector talked about improving the presence of doctors and staff in the OPD and the facilities provided to the patients as well as the cleanliness of the hospital premises. He said that all the facilities provided to the patients should be available on time. Any kind of negligence will not be tolerated in this. Doctors and staff should be present in the hospital at the scheduled time so that the patients do not have to wait for the doctor and they can get better health facilities on time. The District Collector instructed the PMO to issue notice to the absent doctors and staff. He said that efforts will be made to resolve the cases which are pending at the state or central government level. During the inspection, two personnel were found absent. The District Collector directed to issue notice to the absent personnel. The Collector inspected various rooms in the hospital including OPD room, ICU room, male and female patient wards, infant ward and HDU ward, eye ward, isolation ward, surgery ward, blood bank. The Collector interacted with the patients admitted in the wards and also inquired about their well-being. Took detailed information from the patients regarding proper availability of treatment and medicines etc. as well as cleanliness of toilets. He asked the officials to improve the medical arrangements in the district hospital. During this, PMO Dr. Suman Yadav, Nursing Superintendent Makhanlal Verma, Dr. Satish Aggarwal, Dr. Mahesh Sharma, Dr. Jaidayal, Dr. Chetanya and other doctors and staff members were present.
