Ensure Timely Implementation of Budget Announcements in Line with State Government's Priorities: District Collector

A review meeting to assess the progress of budget announcements was chaired by District Collector Kalpana Agrawal. During the meeting, she directed the officials to ensure the swift implementation of budget announcements in accordance with the state government’s priorities. The District Collector instructed the concerned department officials to adhere to the directives issued by the district in-charge minister and secretary within the stipulated time.
While reviewing land allotment-related cases, the District Collector emphasized that officials should seek guidance from their departmental superiors and promptly complete any pending tasks. She stressed that no delays should occur at the district level. The Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) was instructed to improve vaccination rankings and ensure the supply of clean drinking water during the monsoon season.
The District Collector directed the Public Works Department (PWD) officials to expedite the repair work on damaged roads, ensuring timely restoration. She also inquired about the impact of rainfall on crops with the Agriculture Department officials and urged them to take necessary steps to protect the crops from diseases. The Animal Husbandry Department officials were instructed to review the vaccination campaign and clear any pending cases.
The District Education Officer was directed to assess the current status of school admissions, work on increasing enrollment, and organize various activities under the sports week initiative. The District Collector also reviewed the feedback from a meeting held on the beautification of Kotputli city, emphasizing that the outcomes of the decisions made should be visible within 15 days.
The District Collector emphasized the need for regular review of departmental schemes and instructed that the allocated targets be achieved within the set deadlines. She highlighted the need for improvements in the e-filing system and issued directives for the prompt resolution of pending cases on the Sampark Portal. The district and sub-divisional level officials were also instructed to conduct daily public hearings and ensure the resolution of grievances.

Meena, Deputy Director of the Women and Child Development Department Satpal Yadav, Deputy Director of the Animal Husbandry Department Harish Gurjar, Deputy Director of Roadways Manju Kumari, and Deputy Director of DOIT Sunil Meena, among other district-level officials.
