Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the new Parliament of the newly built country at a cost of about Rs 971 crore in the capital New Delhi on Sunday. The stone used in its construction and various points and facts including the process of inauguration of the Parliament are being discussed all over the country. There is an important participation of 6 districts of Rajasthan in the construction of new parliament. The stones sourced from different areas here have been used in the construction of the Parliament, from which various things including the Ashoka Pillar have been made. The stone carvings have been done by the sculptors of Abu Road and Udaipur in Rajasthan. Apart from this, the black stone of the famous Bhainslana of Kotputli was also used in the construction of the Parliament has been used. Its owner Gopal Singh Shekhawat told that during the two years about 500 tonnes of black stones have been transported to New Delhi in 40 trucks for the construction of Parliament. It is worth mentioning that these mines have been running for almost a decade and the idols made from it are famous in the country and abroad. The location of this black marble quarry is village Bhainslana of Kotputli, which has been used in the construction of the Parliament. In such a situation, this fact is a matter of great pride for the residents of Kotputli.
