Rajasthan High Court will get a new CJ, Justice Sanjay Kumar Aggarwal will take oath today at Raj Bhavan.

Rajasthan High Court Chief Justice Swearing: Rajasthan High Court is going to get a new Chief Justice today. Justice Sanjay Kumar Aggarwal will take oath as Chief Justice in the swearing-in ceremony to be held at 9.30 am at Raj Bhavan in Jaipur. Governor Haribhau Bagde will administer the oath to him. Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, state cabinet members, senior administrative officers and police officers will be present at the ceremony. Preparations have been completed at Raj Bhavan for the swearing-in and security arrangements have also been strengthened. With Justice Sanjay Kumar Aggarwal taking charge, new administrative and judicial responsibilities will begin in Rajasthan High Court. As the Chief Justice, he will have the important responsibility of effectively conducting the functioning of the court and handling matters related to judicial administration. Many senior officials associated with the judiciary and government are also likely to be present at the ceremony.
